NY String Hopper

Where: Tanya DeSilva and Mala Rajapakse founded Sigiri in New York City. They have good Sri Lankan rice and noodles. Beware the hot and spicy. I ate the string hopper, the popular menu item, and it was unforgettable.

There are plenty of items left to try.
