After a long day of walking around Midtown, Manhattan, my family and I were really hungry. Since we were in the area, we stopped by Pam Real Thai on 49th Street and 9th Avenue. There are plenty of other Thai places in Midtown but I have always came back to Pam. It almost never lets me down because the food is really flavorful.
You can ask for some hot sauce and chili powder (Asian condiments) if you like some spice in your food. They do not cost extra so ask for some if they don't serve them to you already. The noodles and rice usually taste great. However, they might be really salty or sweet, depending on which entree you order.
This green curry fried rice is one of the most popular dishes at Pam Real Thai. The dish has stir fried chicken with jasmine rice, peppers and basil. You can choose the type of protein you want in your dish. The choices include pork, tofu, chicken, beef, shrimp, squid and mixed seafood. The wait time at this restaurant is usually non-existent, even though this place is my go-to Thai place in Midtown Manhattan. The Thai food here consists of regional dishes from many different regions in Thailand. The prices here is reasonable for Manhattan's dinner.
Have you tried any other Thai places in Manhattan? Let me know how your experience was like.
