When in New Orleans, you might want to get some pralines as a souvenir. My sister and I tried out some of Aunt Sally's praline samples. There is a store in the French Quarter and one in the Warehouse District. During our trip, we went to Aunt Sally's a few times and after serious consideration, we got several boxes to bring home. If you don't know what to get your loves ones, buy the assorted box so they can try out different flavors.
This box of very sweet pralines cost about $15 each. They may seem expensive but you only eat small pieces each time. Despite how they look, pralines are candies, not cookies.
